At Niram Fashion, all orders are considered final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed and delivered.
We strongly encourage customers to review product details, sizing information, and order accuracy before completing the purchase.
Exceptions — Damaged / Incorrect Items Only
We will assist you only under the following circumstances:
- Wrong item received
- Product received in a damaged or defective condition
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. Requests made after this timeframe may not be eligible for review.
